Contrary to what had been previously announced, the fight between our Michael Magnesi and the Filipino Mark Magsayo, a WBC super featherweight final eliminator, will not take place on October 29 in Manila. As revealed by well-known journalist Dario Torromeo, due to organizational issues, the bout has been moved to Las Vegas and will be held on December 13.
The winner will earn the chance to fight for the world title in 2026. The current champion is the American O’Shaquie Foster, who will defend his belt on October 25 in a highly unpredictable matchup against fellow American Stephen Fulton, a former world champion at super bantamweight and featherweight.
